Our accessible seating options are designed to ensure comfort, safety, and inclusivity for all guests, providing convenient access, appropriate accommodations, and a welcoming experience for individuals with diverse accessibility needs. Guests may reserve these accessible seats right on our website.

Wheelchair-accessible seating is available exclusively on the Orchestra level. Dedicated wheelchair spaces are located at Orchestra Seats A2 and A4, A1 and A3, Box C and H6.

Our Special Needs seating in the center of the Orchestra level does not accommodate wheelchairs but may be used as wheelchair-transfer seats. Special Needs locations are reserved for guests with other accessibility needs, including but not limited to reduced mobility or visual impairments.

Patrons with walkers may be accommodated at any aisle seat on the Orchestra floor. Walkers will be taken to the lobby for safekeeping by our volunteer ushers.

Our first and second-floor lobbies have been expanded, and an elevator now provides access to all levels of the adjoining Richardson Building. Please be aware that a few steps are still required to enter the upper Balcony and Loge sections. As these areas can only be reached by stairs, they are not accessible for wheelchair seating.
